On Premise Sales Representative
Reports To: On Premise Team Leader

Summary: Sells and merchandises North Florida Sales products to an established sales territory by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reports to work by 7:00 am, Monday - Friday. Schedule subject to change as needed.
- Follows a pre-established daily Route Sequence to ensure all customers receive proper service.
- Responsible for utilizing B.U.S.C.H. selling skills training in developing all potential sales opportunities in their assigned stores.
- Merchandises accounts to increase package or draught sales when servicing each account on a daily basis.
- Stocks and rotates product at every stop on assigned route.
- Ensures all North Florida Sales quality control standards are met, including ensuring there is no overage product available for sale to consumers. Sales Representatives may be charged for the cost of overage product in their designated territory.
- Monitors assigned area for new business opportunities. Keeps abreast of new business openings.
- Completes route book daily when an account is serviced.
- Completes BFP point sheet at each stop serviced daily.
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and execution at customer level.
- Works closely with Supervisor and Delivery Driver to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Listens to and attempts to resolve customer complaints when possible and/or ensures customer satisfaction by informing immediate supervisor.
- Reviews Key Performance Indicators (KPI) annual progress.
- Communicates daily with Supervisor with any concerns or opportunities, including any problems with account service.
- Maintains NFS’ culture of dignity and respect and works as a productive member of a team.
- Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Attends North Florida Sales meetings as required.
- Adheres to all Anheuser-Busch policies & State Beverage Laws.
- Operates vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
- Wears only company provided clothing.
- Checks mailbox daily for sale updates, customer call-ins, and other pertinent information.
- Responsible for all equipment supplied to them by the company.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior Delivery Driver position at North Florida Sales may also be required.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to write reports or correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate well with customers.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work with money and make change.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Regular Class E Driver’s License and safe driving record meeting NFS driving guidelines maintained during entire length of employment. Class A Commercial Driver’s License is preferred.
