On Premise Merchandiser

Summary:
Merchandises and ensures proper Point of Sale inventory by performing the following duties.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reports to work by 7:00 am, Monday – Friday.  Schedule subject to change as needed. (Weekend scheduling may be required for special events)
  • Checks with On Premise Sales Team Leads daily for Point of Sales (POS) placement opportunities and assignments.
  • Properly fills out AB approved POS installation sheets for all permanent POS materials placed or picked up daily.
  • Cleans or installs/removes all POS as assigned daily in accounts.
  • Completes all required surveys while servicing or visiting accounts.
  • Communicates daily with Supervisor regarding any concerns or opportunities.
  • Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Maintains NFS’ culture of dignity and respect and works as a productive member of a team.
  • Attends North Florida Sales meetings as required.
  • Adheres to all Anheuser-Busch policies and State Beverage Laws.
  • Operates vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Wears only company provided uniforms.
  • Checks mailbox daily for any pertinent information.
  • Responsible for all equipment supplied to them by the company.
  • Ensures all necessary equipment is present and fully functional, including ensuring proper supplies are on hand in the field, i.e. vehicle is fueled, and your cell phone is charged and on/operational, necessary tools, etc.
  • Cleans vehicle properly at the end of each day.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to write reports or correspondence.  Ability to speak and communicate well with customers.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with several concrete variables in standardized situations.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
A valid Florida Driver’s License and safe driving record meeting MVR guidelines maintained during entire length of employment.

The employee regularly works using ladders to perform duties at heights, utilizes power drills and other tools required to complete installations/removals. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works with water and chemicals, and will work around/with machines containing moving parts.
The work environment is characterized by customary indoor temperatures and lighting.  Additionally, employees may encounter cold temperatures of less than 50° in coolers.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
